It’s time to elect our union’s principal officers and district board members! Enclosed you will find one (1) Notice of Nomination to inform you that, per the UDW constitution, the UDW Officers and District Board Members election will take place as outlined by the regulations detailed in this notice.
Also included with this notice is a nomination form. As a union member in good standing, you are being asked to nominate Officers and District Board Members. If you wish to nominate anyone to one or more of these positions, please complete the attached nomination form. You may nominate yourself. All nomination forms must be filled out completely or the nominations will be voided.
