We spend our days making sure someone else’s needs come first, but our vote in this midterm election is one of the few moments where our own voice must matter. I’m making my voting plan now because the decisions on that ballot shape our future, our jobs, our families, and the people we care for. Whether you vote by mail or in person, having a plan makes all the difference. Make sure nothing gets in the way of your ballot being counted!

Victories Powered by Member Strength: New Orange County IHSS Contract

Members voted to approve a new agreement that runs through June 30, 2028. It includes wage increases, additional funding for the Health Insurance Trust Fund, workforce improvements like more steward positions and new labor‑management workgroups, provider training opportunities, expanded PPE funding, and more!

Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month

National Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15–Oct. 15) is a time to celebrate the achievements, histories, traditions, and cultural diversity of Hispanic/Latino Americans.
