Orange County Resources

Effective 6:41pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department issued an Evacuation Order (Mandatory) for hazardous a materials (vapor) release.

On Friday, May 22, 2026 at 06:07 am, additional evacuation orders for impacted areas were launched due to changes in the incident.  At 11:16 am, the evacuation area was further expanded to the borders listed below.

The following cities are affected by the evacuation orders: Garden Grove, Stanton, Anaheim, Cypress, Westminster, and Buena Park.

Families Forward

Families Forward assists families with minor-aged children who are unhoused. Due to high demand, placement is not guaranteed, and there is no waitlist available.

Grandma’s House of Hope

Grandma’s House of Hope offers housing and wraparound services for individuals with disabilities, illnesses, addictions, trauma histories, or prior incarcerations. They provide 24-hour coverage and focus on healing.

The Behavioral Health Services division of the OC Health Care Agency offers mental health crisis prevention, substance abuse support, and a 24-hour mobile crisis assessment team.

Fullerton Free Church

Fullerton Free Church offers emergency food, clothing, and personal hygiene kits for individuals of all ages without fees or document requirements. Services are available on Wednesdays from 3–5 PM.

Chrysalis – Employment Readiness Services

Chrysalis provides work wardrobes, hygiene products, resume preparation, mock interviews, computer labs, and phone access. Documents required include an ID and Social Security number.
