A Message from Home Care Provider Corie Crowson, District 4 Chair

As care workers, we deserve wages that keep up with the rising cost of living. And as union members, we have a seat at the table to make that happen. By showing up at the California Democratic Party (CADEM) State Convention, endorsing Tom Steyer for Governor, and backing leaders who stand with us, we turn our power into action!

AB 1981- The True Cost of Child Care Act

AB 1981 will make child care more affordable and reliable by setting subsidy rates that truly reflect the cost of care. This bill helps stabilize the workforce, keeps doors open for providers, and ensures working-class families have access to quality child care—whether at home or in licensed programs.
